Turn sources into governed knowledge

Captured communication will move through five stages: Capture, Extract, Contextualize, Govern, and Expose. The original source and the useful records derived from it stay separate so an answer can be fast to find and still traceable to what happened.

Deposit and Catalog

The Deposit holds each raw source unchanged for its authorized retention period. The Catalog holds discrete, categorized artifacts extracted from those sources. Queries search the Catalog; citations lead back to the Deposit.

Extraction is queued work. Accepting an inbound source does not wait for a model, and a source cannot leave the pipeline without producing either artifacts or work for an administrator.

Review Queue

The Review Queue is the destination for ambiguity, not a generic error log. It will surface unknown parties, uncategorized content, unassigned communication sources, failed extraction, unresolved reference rows, and reconciliation decisions. Each item type has a defined action that closes it.

Administrators will also be able to add a recurring pattern to the tenant or project typology. New categories apply going forward; a specific project can be reprocessed deliberately.

Signals and close-out

Stated signals—such as a budget, estimate, preference, or timeline—and actual outcomes are captured as soon as they appear. They are not paired while a project is active. Closing the project runs a sweep that proposes relationships and outcomes for an administrator to confirm.

Close-out also releases the project's phone number. A project cannot become fully closed while its reconciliation review remains open.
